This Shipping Policy explains how Chestnut Tips processes and delivers orders placed through our online store.

Shipping destination

We currently ship to eligible addresses in the United States. Available destinations and shipping options are confirmed at checkout.

Order processing

Orders are prepared before dispatch. Processing time is separate from transit time and may be longer during new product launches, holidays, promotions, or periods of unusually high order volume. You will receive a shipping confirmation email when your order has been dispatched.

Carrier and estimated delivery

Orders are shipped from China via SF International or another tracked international service when necessary. Estimated delivery to the United States is generally 10–15 business days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs processing, weather, carrier disruptions, peak seasons, or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

Shipping charges

Available shipping rates and any free-shipping threshold are displayed at checkout before you place your order. Free-shipping eligibility is calculated using the qualifying order subtotal after discounts and before any applicable taxes or duties.

Tracking

When tracking is available, the tracking number is included in your shipping confirmation email. Tracking may take several business days to update after the parcel is handed to the carrier. Please allow time for the first carrier scan to appear.

Address accuracy and changes

Please review your name, street address, apartment or unit number, city, state, ZIP code, email address, and phone number before submitting your order. If you need to request an address change, email pupudeyx@outlook.com as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has entered processing or been dispatched. Additional carrier or reshipping costs caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer’s responsibility.

Customs, duties, and import charges

International shipments may be reviewed by customs. Unless checkout explicitly states otherwise, any duties, import taxes, brokerage fees, or other government charges assessed at the destination are the customer’s responsibility. Customs processing can delay delivery.

Delayed, lost, or marked-delivered packages

If tracking has not updated for an extended period, or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be located, please first check the delivery address, surrounding property, household members, building reception, and the carrier. Then contact us with your order number and tracking number so we can help review the shipment. Carrier investigations and resolutions can take additional time.

Damaged, incorrect, or missing items

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or incomplete, contact us promptly at pupudeyx@outlook.com. Include your order number and clear photographs of the outer package, shipping label, and affected items. Please also review our Return & Refund Policy for applicable requirements.
