We want you to shop with confidence. This Return and Refund Policy explains when a Chestnut Tips order may be returned, replaced, or refunded. Contact us at pupudeyx@outlook.com before sending anything back.
Return window and eligibility
You may request a return within 14 calendar days after the carrier marks your order as delivered. To be eligible, an item must be unused, unworn, unaltered, in its original sealed packaging, and include all accessories and gifts. Proof of purchase is required.
Hygiene-sensitive and non-returnable items
For hygiene and safety reasons, press-on nails that have been opened, tried on, worn, applied, filed, resized, glued, taped, or otherwise altered cannot be returned for a change of mind, size, color, or style. Opened nail glue, adhesive tabs, removers, prep products, and other consumables are also non-returnable. Custom or personalized items, gift cards, and items marked final sale are not returnable unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing items
Please inspect your order promptly. Contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 7 calendar days after delivery, and provide your order number plus clear photos or video of the item, packaging, and shipping label. After verification, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another appropriate remedy. Do not discard the product or packaging until we confirm that the case is complete.
How to request a return
- Email pupudeyx@outlook.com with your full name, order number, reason for the request, and supporting photos where relevant.
- Wait for our return authorization and instructions. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
- Pack approved items securely and use a trackable shipping service. Keep your receipt and tracking number.
Return shipping and original delivery charges
For an approved change-of-mind, size, color, or style return, the customer is responsible for return shipping and any related customs charges. Original delivery charges are non-refundable. If we verify that an item was damaged, defective, incorrect, or missing because of our error, Chestnut Tips will provide a reasonable remedy and will not require you to bear the reasonable return cost.
Refunds
We will inspect approved returns after receipt and email you with the outcome. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow your bank or payment provider additional time to post the refund. We cannot refund to a different person, card, or account.
Exchanges
The fastest way to obtain a different size or style is to request an eligible return and place a new order after the return is approved. Any price difference and new delivery charge will apply.
Cancellations and address changes
Email us immediately if you need to cancel an order or change the delivery address. We will try to help, but changes are not guaranteed after processing or dispatch has begun. An order that has already shipped cannot be cancelled.
Delivery issues
Delays, tracking gaps, and packages marked delivered are handled under our Shipping Policy. Please contact us promptly so we can help investigate with the carrier.
Your legal rights
This policy does not limit any non-waivable consumer rights that apply to you. Where applicable law provides stronger rights, those rights take priority.
